Full-time Foster Carer
This is when you have a young person placed on a full-time basis. For this role, we would not expect you to be in any other paid employment, committing fully to your self-employed role as a full time foster carer.
- Full care team around for 24-hour support
- Allocated Family Placement Supervisor
- Allocated keyworker and co keyworker who provides support for the young people and carers carry out focused pieces of work, support all aspects of the care plan
- Key time and outreach support provided by qualified care staff
- Excellent training and qualification opportunities
- Generous fees – up to £35k per child, per annum
- Generous allowances – up to £15k per child per annum
- Regular supervision
- 28 days annual leave
Full-time Planned Short Breaks Carer
This is when you offer flexible short breaks care to any of the young people already within the service and would be paid a monthly professional fee. For this role, we would not expect you to be in any other paid employment, committing fully to your self-employed role as a full time planned short breaks foster carer.

Part-time Planned Short Breaks Carer
This is when you offer flexible short breaks care to any of the young people already within the service and would be paid a pro-rata professional fee. You can be in paid employment if approved with us in this role.
