Step 1 - Start your journey!

Step 2 - Initial discussion
One of our recruitment team will be in touch to confirm a suitable time to give you a call to then have some initial discussions.

Step 3 - Home visit
An initial home visit will be conducted by one of our team of qualified social workers, this visit will be at a time that suits you.

Step 4 - Preparation course
Attend a 3-day preparation course to gain a deeper understanding of the fostering role, and what’s involved along with more opportunities to gain insight into the added benefits of being that are available when fostering with Kibble.

Step 5 - Application
You will be asked to submit an application form.

Step 6 - Form ‘F’ Assessment
The assessment is designed to assess suitability to foster and typically consist of between eight and ten visits to your home by an assessing worker to get to know you and your family alongside other standard checks being conducted.

Step 7 - The final step!
Your assessing worker shall make sure you are ready to attend our fostering panel to seek approval and then begin the task of making a difference that is hopefully life changing for any young people you then bring into your home and family.
